ABOITIZLAND,
Inc., Cebu’s homegrown leader in the real estate industry, unveils its landmark
luxury project, Priveya Hills, today with a by-invitation-only launch at the
Oakridge Pavilion.

Priveya
Hills is an exclusive community offering residential lots within hectares of
rolling green terrain. The 59.25-hectare development encompasses valleys on
which its design is anchored.
The
community is strategically positioned on the hills of Bacayan, Cebu City, and
Casili and Tawason in Mandaue City. It takes after top-class AboitizLand
projects like North Town Homes and Pristina North in ambiance and inspiration, but
is evolving as another distinct high-value investment.
Decidedly
low-density, the community has only an average of 13 homes per hectare , with a
lot area range of 400 to 1000 square meters per lot. Phase 1 of the five-phase
project, rolled out at the grand launch, offers only 113 lots.
The
community will have wide, expansive parks at its north and south boundaries
connected by a linear park running the village’s entire length. A total of 3
hectares has been allotted to parks and 2.1 hectares to landscaped slopes.
