Was founded in December 22, 2004 by its President and Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Beverly M. Dayanan, a Banker, in partnership with Mr. Richard D. Lim, the President and Chief Executive Officer of JOHNDORF VENTURES CORPORATION. It was primarily established to cater to the growing demands of Cebuanos for more affordable and quality homes.
Guided by its principle of building quality homes to uplift the lives of the Filipino people, the company continues to develop Economy projects since its commercial operation begun in 2006. For about five (5) years now, the company has completed a total of 8 subdivisions with about 2,500 constructed units to date. Completed projects includeGenesis Homes with 498 units, St. Bernadette Homes with 104 units, Corinthians Subdivision with 387 units and St. Dominic’s Place with 546 units, all 4 developments are sited in Sudtunggan, Basak, Lapulapu. Other completed projects are Earnestine Homes with 69 units located in Babag, Lapulapu and St. Anne’s Lane, an exclusive middle end development with 12 units in Banawa. Ongoing projects are Fleur de Ville Subdivision, a 1.8 ha development with 269 units in Mactan, Lapulapu and the recently launched Haniyyah Homes, a 2.7 ha project with 380 units in Babag, Lapulapu. Upcoming projects soon to be developed are in Consolacion and Mandaue City.
Ranging from an affordable house and lot package of P400,000 to 1M (socialized to economic packages), the units were designed for a starting family in mind. Economic 2-Storey Townhouse units are complete with 2 bedrooms, tiled toilet and bath, a smooth painted exterior and interior wall, concreted stairs, flooring with tiles and a carport. Same care are put into details for the amenities of each project which include a carefully designed grand entrance gate with guardhouse, perimeter security fence, parks and playground, a multi-purpose hall, basketball court and concreted roads, curbs and gutter.
